Job Summary
Job Overview
Team-Lead for Marketing & Product Development for a group of dedicated offerings.
Steering all marketing activities with regards to a group of dedicated offerings aligned to the four Ps (product availability pricing product placement promotion) whilst remaining compliant with relevant Data Privacy regulations.
Essential Functions
Development of mid- and long-term strategic marketing plans incl. participation and presentations at external conferences.
Support the Key Account Managers and Sales Specialists with client visits development of case studies and provision of customized solutions for clients.
Responsibility for our competitive intelligence initiative to secure product superiority and client satisfaction.
Realization of required product enhancements to extend the product life cycle incl. development of business case for product-related investment decisions.
Identification of new products service opportunities or enhancement options for IQVIA especially using advanced technologies and applications to prepare the next level of IQVIA offerings with AI/ML capabilities.
Leading a small team of Product Managers with respective responsibilities.

The potential base pay range for this role when annualized is zł180300.00 - zł383100.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge skills education and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered incentive plans bonuses and/or other forms of compensation may be offered in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.Required Experience:
