Multi-Skilled Operator

We are on the lookout for a Multi-Skilled Operative to join the Ryvita team in Poole. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to run production lines and manufacture our brilliant products.

This is a permanent and full-time position based working 39hours per week Monday Friday (including paid breaks).

We operate a 3 week shift rotation your team and line manager rotate shifts at the same time:

Starting salary for this role is 13.10 per hour however this increases once you complete different training levels and can earn up to 14.35 per hour.

Key Accountabilities

Our Shift Manager is looking for a team member to...

To operate machinery to agreed parameters
To work to Bakery Standard Operating Procedures
To demonstrate personal accountability within the site and ensure that all Health Safety & Environmental requirements are met.
Follow all Quality systems and procedures to ensure our products meet food safety (HACCP) legal and customer requirements as well as maintaining external standards e.g. BRCIFSFemas.
Ensure that all downtime weight and quality checks waste and production data is recorded consistently and accurately.
Immediately respond to incidents of production downtime and liaise with the technicians for technical faults.
