Lead Dietary Aide
Schedule: Full Time rotating shifts must be flexible to work every other weekend
Location: Langhorne PA

Reports to: Food Services Supervisor
Position Purpose:
St. Mary Medical Center a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is looking for a full time Lead Dietary Aide to join our Dietary Team!
What You Will Do:
- The Lead Dietary Aide is responsible for critical kitchen operations.
- Occasionally handles closing the kitchen at night and working morning shifts.
- Responsible for oversight of trayline accuracy
- Responsible for taking patient meal orders in the call center
- Completing daily temperature logs
- Printing and reviewing essential operational reports
- The position also entails support to the management team and colleague oversight with supervisory functions such as cash handling register reconciliation audits scheduling and HACCP compliance.
- This position acts in a supervisory capacity in the absence of the retail management.
- This position plays a vital role in ensuring patient satisfaction and compliance with food safety standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
- HS diploma or equivalency (preferred)
- 2 to 4 years of prior Dietary Aide/Food Service experience in a healthcare setting required
- Management experience preferred
