In this role you will:

• Manage and develop investment research managers in the Global Research and Economics Group supporting Wells Fargo Securities
• Engage and influence partners across the investment groups and companywide to help establish investment strategy
• Oversee monitoring of all investment risks
• Research direction of industries markets and companies
• Serve as an active individual contributor often working on the most important and complex coverage
• Evaluate practices training and development of teams
• Create new analytical processes and ensure effectiveness timeliness and quality
• Make decisions on investment analysis and investment communication
• Determine appropriate strategy and actions of Securities Investment Research team to meet analytic and resolution deliverables
• Interpret and develop investment and corporate analysis reviews and initiatives
• Collaborate and influence Risk Management Model Governance Internal Audit resolution planning peers and management
• Interact directly with regulatory agencies industry groups and consulting firms
• Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Securities Research
• Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Required Qualifications for Europe Middle East & Africa only:

• Experience in Securities Research or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experience education
• Management or leadership experience
