As a Stock Assistant and a valued member of the Milano Centrale team you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

• Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily activities.
• Actively contribute in achieving store objectives (budget and targets) adapting to strategic changes and new action plans established by management.
• Contribute to creating a strong team spirit with a trustful and open interaction by collaborating with colleagues within and beyond the organization.
• Organize and manage the stockroom of the store and deliveries.
• Receiving incoming goods and preparing outgoing goods.
• Handling goods within the store and be responsible for the organization of the stockroom of the store.
• Inventory management and stock verification.
• Fostering a positive and productive environment highlighting wins celebrating and crediting the team and individuals for successes.

• Previous experience in similar roles (Stock Assistant Promoter Beauty Consultant) preferably within dynamic multinational retail environments.
• Knowledge of key commerce KPIs.
• Proficiency in using computers and key software applications.

• Aptitude for teamwork.

• High school diploma.
