Job Description:
La risorsa avrà un ruolo chiave nella fase conclusiva del processo di erogazione del mutuo coordinando il team responsabile dellorganizzazione delle stipule e della corretta finalizzazione delloperazione.
Il Finalization Manager presidia tutte le attività necessarie alla verifica contrattuale e operativa che precedono e seguono latto notarile: dalla conferma della conformità economica e delle condizioni riportate nella chiamata datto alla verifica dellesecuzione corretta dei pagamenti successivi alla stipula comunicati dai notai.
Il ruolo garantisce la qualità la precisione e la tempestività di tutte le verifiche pre-erogazione ed è punto di riferimento per notai team interni e stakeholder coinvolti nellultima fase del ciclo di vita del mutuo.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gestisce le attività day-by-day del team Finalization assicurando una pianificazione efficiente delle stipule e un costante allineamento con la rete notarile.
- Verifica la conformità contrattuale e amministrativa delle condizioni economiche riportate nella chiamata datto (tasso importo spese corrispondenza con la delibera e con lofferta accettata dal cliente).
- Effettua il controllo delle indicazioni di pagamento assicurando che siano coerenti con le istruzioni interne con la pratica approvata e con gli accordi riportati in atto.
- Assicura che tutta la documentazione pre-stipula sia completa conforme e disponibile per procedere allerogazione.
- Coordina le attività operative successive alla stipula inclusa la verifica puntuale dellavvenuto pagamento a favore dei soggetti interessati (venditore banca subentrata fornitori di servizi ecc.).
- Collabora con i notai agenti/broker e altri stakeholder interni ed esterni per confermare la corretta esecuzione dellatto e risolvere eventuali discrepanze o richieste di chiarimento.
- Monitora la qualità dei controlli svolti dal team garantendo la conformità ai requisiti normativi alle policy di Gruppo e agli standard operativi.
- Gestisce eventuali anomalie riscontrate nelle fasi pre/post stipula coordinando le azioni correttive e mantenendo informati gli stakeholder interni.
- Contribuisce alla definizione e al miglioramento dei processi operativi legati alla finalizzazione delle pratiche assicurando efficienza
Educational Qualifications
- Diploma Materie Scientifiche e/o Laurea
- Work Experience And Skills
- 3 anni di esperienza e/o conoscenza del mondo Mutui
- Conoscenza dei processi di Acquisizione e full credit lifecycle
- Capacità di Problem Solving e capacità analitiche
- Capacità di lavorare in Team e per Obiettivi
- Flessibilità
