Job Description

角色与职责

负责OEC产品机器人C臂临床应用培训及技术支持对相关产品熟练应用保证使用效果及客户体验
熟练掌握产品涉及的临床手术操作流程细节及解剖知识具备帮助客户规避使用产品时可能遇到的手术风险及意外情况等基本的操作技能
帮助制定产品的客户培训计划且完成组织实施
支持销售进行相关产品的临床沟通试用Workshop展会等不同形式的市场活动
培训团队内部及代理商保证团队专业性
须适应工作中的出差安排
胜任支持部门业务发展的其他事宜

基本资格

该岗位要求在领域具有较丰富的工作经验临床医学生物医学工程医学影像学等专业背景学历水平相当于从正规高等院校取得学士学位硕士学位优先或根据相应工作经验具有其他学历

所需特性

具备优秀的团队意识及协作能力优秀的口头和书面沟通能力优秀的人际关系和领导能力能够影响他人并领导小型团队领导中等范围和影响的计划能够同时协调多个项目有效的问题识别和解决技能可靠的分析和组织能力
