About the role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our Professional Standards (Regulatory) team as Inspectorate Manager. This pivotal role focuses on the regulation of law firms trust accounts in accordance with the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act (Trust Account) Regulations 2008.
You will provide strategic and operational leadership to the Inspectorate team ensuring all activities meet regulatory obligations and are delivered through streamlined risk-based processes that support continuous improvement. The Law Society regulates all lawyers practising in New Zealand and is the membership organisation for practising lawyers.
