Job Summary
Position Description
This is a Non-Civil service position located within the Justice Integration Services Department. The Software Developer will be responsible for the design and development of client/server case managements systems. The Software Developer works with business analysts and end users to develop requirements for software conforming to established standards.

Design and code screen layouts graphical user interfaces printed outputs and interfaces with other systems Ability to interpret business rules and software requirements and translate them into program logic Develop and maintain plans outlining steps and timetables for developing programs Provide technical assistance by responding to inquiries from others regarding errors issues or questions about applications Perform unit tests for software applications Prepare documentation of program development and subsequent revisions inserting comments in the coded instructions so others can understand the program Good listening and overall communication skills Work well in a team environment
Minimum Qualifications
Five (5) or more years of experience in database applications development and client/server application development using Power Builder (Visual Basic 6 or Delphi experience will also be considered).
Candidates with accreditations earned in a foreign institute are encouraged to apply.

- Experience using Oracle PL/SQL to create SQL Packages Procedures Functions and Triggers
- Knowledge in C# .NET MVC Web Services JavaScript SQL Server and WordPress
- Full life cycle development experience
