What Youll Do
The role of a Program Management Analyst is pivotal for the seamless planning and execution of program/project activities within the Program Integration organization. As a Program Management Analyst you will play an integral part in ensuring that strategic and tactical plans are developed in alignment with National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) requirements materials are provided on time to meet schedules work is forecasted monitored and reported to ensure early communication of challenges and information accuracy is maintained in authoritative systems that instill confidence to the customer. Along with possessing a unique blend of analytical prowess strategic thinking and meticulous attention to detail this role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving excellence in data analysis and a collaborative spirit to work with cross-functional teams. Interacts internally and externally to direct work. Collaborates within and across major organizational functions and with external customers to achieve goals. Responsible for technical excellence of program.
What Youll Do Cont.
- Develops creates and maintains key performance indicators and metrics using proficient to advanced knowledge of Excel and database applications. Gathers analyzes and interprets complex data sets from various sources to identify trends patterns and insights that support business objectives. Prepares and presents comprehensive reports and dashboards for management.
- Utilizes excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate meetings with multiple levels of management and various stakeholders. Clearly articulates data-driven findings insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. Collaborates with different departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Manages and queries databases to extract and manipulate data for analysis. Leverages advanced features of Excel such as pivot tables lookups and macros to automate processes and enhance analytical capabilities. Utilizes business intelligence tools including a basic knowledge of Tableau or Power BI to create dashboards and visualizations. Translates complex data into clear actionable insights for stakeholders and management to understand trends and performance.
- Manages and queries databases including Oracle to extract manipulate and analyze complex datasets. Ensures data integrity and accuracy within various reporting systems. Troubleshoots data-related issues and works to improve data collection and storage processes.
- Plans and prioritizes the programmatic workload tracks milestones and deliverables and coordinates with program managers and other team members to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Assists in the development and implementation of new programs ensuring all activities are executed.
- Develops and maintains all program documentation including reports plans and records. Manages program-related databases information and systems to ensure data integrity accessibility and security for accurate reporting and decision-making.
- Ensures all activities are in compliance with organizational policies standards and government regulations.
Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Masters degree: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- OR Applicants without a bachelors degree may be considered based on a combination of at least 10 years of completed education and/or relevant experience.
