Whatyou will be doing:Youll be responsible performing center maintenance and repair in on the following specialized crafts: heating ventilations and air conditioning electrical carpentry plumbing and paining in compliance with government and management directives regulations and laws.

Essential Functions:

Order materials required to perform work; prepare the required paperwork to reflect cost use of materials and other data for accounting purposes.
Supervise work based learning (WBL) students while completing assigned tasks.
Perform minor construction and repair of structural woodwork. Install window shades or coverings security locks etc.
Perform repair or replacement of plumbing fixtures washers seals etc.
Perform roads and grounds maintenance on property.
Obtain and assist bidders for center projects.

Education/Experience requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent and three (3) years facilities maintenance experience or completion of facilities maintenance training program.
Must demonstrate maintenance skills.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders.
A valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
