Job Description:
As the backbone of a scaling Series A startup you will ensure operational excellence across the business. Working directly with leadership you will manage vendor relationships navigate compliance frameworks like SOC2 and drive strategic RevOps projects. This is a critical role for a detail-obsessed builder ready to create the systems that support rapid global expansion.

What you will do:

• Own day-to-day execution including vendor management contract processing and team onboarding workflows.

• Drive strategic projects such as RevOps commission tracking R&D tax credit preparation and internal process automation.

• Maintain high standards of diligence by managing compliance documentation and ensuring cross-functional accuracy across legal and sales.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven operations experience within a high-growth startup environment ideally with exposure to RevOps finance or compliance.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a systems-thinking mindset focused on streamlining and automating repetitive workflows.

• Comfortable with context-switching and thrives in a hybrid environment that values face-to-face collaboration two days a week.
