Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring end-to-end functional alignment design quality and cross-process consistency across the SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The role bridges functional domains and ensures solutions align with SAP best practices business needs and the long-term roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
Provide cross-functional functional oversight across Finance Logistics Sales and Master Data
Guide and govern functional design decisions across multiple streams
Act as escalation point for cross-stream functional and process conflicts
Ensure alignment between business requirements SAP standard capabilities and future roadmap
Collaborate with Solution and Integration Architects to deliver cohesive end-to-end design
Support leadership with clear functional impact assessments and recommendations
Qualifications :
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA functional design (one or more core domains)
Solid understanding of end-to-end retail business processes
Experience in large multi-stream SAP transformation programs
Ability to balance SAP standardization with business requirements
Reporting & Interfaces
Reports to: S/4 Transformation Lead
Interfaces with: Architects Business Leads SI Functional Leads
