About the Role
Essity is looking for an experienced Demand Plannerwho will shape the demand plan by blending statistical forecasting with real-time market insights. Youll lead local S&OP activities guide new product forecast creation and collaborate with both customers and global teams to ensure smooth operationsespecially during ERP transitions and go-live support.

What You Will Do
- Analyze historical demand and filter out outliers identify the most appropriate statistical forecasting algorithm
- Enrich the base statistical forecast with accurate and timely market intelligence data
- Execution of local S&OP process and facilitation of monthly Demand Review Meetings
- Acts as the local interface to the central demand planning hub and works within the framework of the globaldemand planningprocesses
- Generate the new product forecast using the historical substitution and like modelling / scenario planning techniques agreed with Marketing and Category Management
- Understand the impact of the customer buying pattern
- Effectively communicate with and engage the Customer on operational issues
- Drives central hyper-care support immediately after ERP go live
Who You Are
- College degree required
- 1 years of experience in a Demand Planning position ideally in CPG
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or S4
- Experience with Blue Yonder is a preferred
- Solid demand planning expertise
- Analytical and IT skills with ERP and Demand Planning systems
- Team Collaboration Time Management Adaptability Conflict Resolution Continuous Improvement mindset
- Adaptability-Flexibility in response to changing priorities.
- Good communication skills
