Job Summary
Were on the lookout for a reliable and customer-focused Warehouse & Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a fixed-term basis covering maternity leave. We are literally the Nuts and Bolts of NZs engineering building marine and dairy sectors. Learn the art of warehousing customer service and the range and mechanical properties of stainless steel fasteners in a supportive environment that is keeping NZ industry out in front.
This role is a full-time fixed-term maternity leave cover role available for an immediate start through to December 2026.
What will you do each day
- Picking packing checking and sending out orders
- Serve customers over the trade counter and phone
- Represent our brand and core values; and
- Have fun while working as part of a friendly team.
Were after someone:
- With great customer service skills
- Industry knowledge preferable
- Who is kind and has a positive and friendly attitude
- Who is physically fit
- With warehouse experience (ideal but not essential)
- Honest and reliable
