業務内容
ウェハ電気検査Probeデータや製造プロセス情報を解析し歩留まり低下の要因を特定する
解析結果を関係部門へ共有し迅速な是正措置や改善活動につなげる
歩留まり改善に必要な指標傾向を抽出し明確な結論と推奨アクションをレポートする
製造テスト故障解析のエンジニアと連携し技術課題の解決を推進する

必須要件
関係者と協力しながら業務を進めることのできるCommunication能力
データに基づいたLogical Thinking
Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint を含むPC基本操作

歓迎条件
DRAMまたは半導体デバイスの基礎知識構造製造プロセス動作原理など
歩留まり改善半導体製造プロセスインテグレーションデータ解析故障解析製品テストなどのいずれかの実務経験2年以上あればなお良し
データに基づいて不良要因を判断し技術部門 / 非技術部門 双方に口頭および文書で分かりやすく伝える能力
業務変化に柔軟に対応し自律的に改善へ取り組む姿勢
データに基づいて問題を特定し周囲を巻き込んで改善を前に進められる方
