Job Summary
SportsCare-Armworks is excited to welcome a dedicated and motivated Occupational or Physical therapist to join our large hand team with an enthusiastic attitude to grow and develop their skillsas a hand therapist in our Salem clinic location for immediate hire. We are proud to offer a mentorship program for Occupational or Physical therapists who are interested in becoming a CHT. We have a well-defined and proven mentorship program that has allowed us to walk alongside 1-2 therapists a year over the past 10 years to achieve their CHT goal!
Qualifications :
- Graduate from an accredited college with an AOTA curriculum.
- Current state of OR occupational therapy license current CHT license CPR certification.
- Experience in splinting preferred or a strong willingness to learn splinting techniques.
- A therapist that is a coach guide and educator for their patients.
- Excellent patient care and communication skills with the ability to multitask while providing an exceptional experience for anyone that enters the clinic.
- A passion for occupational therapy hand therapy and patient care.
- Enjoys working in a dynamic and multi therapist team environment.
Additional Information :
Salary Range: $93000 - $104832 dependent upon hand therapy experience
**Please note that there is a different salary scale for non-CHTs. Please inquire.
Sign-on Bonus available based on experience and clinic fit
