Being a Care Assistant is a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same!
Duties may include:
Companionship - Ensuring your clients enjoy regular and and meaningful social interaction. This is an extremely important part of your visit.
Home help: Supporting with everyday tasks such as light housework and meal preparation.
Accompanying clients to appointment or taking them shopping.
Personal care - Supporting clients with the essentials such as bathing showering dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent.
Support prompting or administering medication.
Pay: 13.15 - 14.25 per hour for a two-hour visit 15.00 - 16.10 for a one-hour visit. (Our visits are mostly 2 hours long) Plus 1 travel supplement per visit.
Qualifications :
No experience is required as we provide award-winning in-house training. Transferrable skills such as caring for your own loved ones is welcomed.

Required:
Availability - Minimum of 10 hours per week & every other weekend availability
Access to a suitable form of transport.
40p per mile for travel between your clients and 45p per mile when you take your clients into the community.
