Job Summary

Were looking for an Engineering Manager who thrives in product-focused environments loves taking end-to-end ownership of products or components and can lead a team to deliver high-impact solutions.

What Youll Do

Lead and grow a team of engineers fostering collaboration and excellence.
Own the full lifecycle of a product or componentfrom design and development to deployment and optimization.
Shape the technical roadmap alongside product and design teams.
Influence architecture and processes to ensure scalability quality and maintainability.

What Were Looking For

Strong engineer or engineering manager with hands-on leadership experience taking full ownership of products from concept to production in product-driven companies.
Strong end-to-end ownership mindsetyou take products or major components from concept to production owning the full lifecycle.
Hands-on technical expertise with TypeScript React/ Terraform Azure and MongoDB/PostgreSQL.
Fluent in English.
