- Provide first-line support for hardware and software issues across Windows macOS Android and iOS devices (desktops laptops tablets and smartphones).
- Assist with setup troubleshooting and maintenance of hardware systems.
- Support and administer Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Device Enrollment Programs (DEP).
- Maintain and update IT asset inventory using tools such as Snipe-IT and Jira Assets.
- Respond to and resolve service requests using a ticketing system.
- Assist with basic networking tasks including troubleshooting connectivity issues and supporting Wi-Fi access.
- Support software installations updates and configuration management.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when required.
- Document procedures troubleshooting steps and asset changes.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate technical solutions in a clear user-friendly manner.
Qualifications :
- Strong understanding of operating systems: Windows macOS Android and iOS.
- Familiarity with MDM platforms (e.g. Intune JAMF or similar).
- Experience with IT ticketing systems (e.g. Jira ServiceNow or Freshdesk).
- Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing DNS DHCP VPNs etc.).
- Knowledge of IT security practices (password management MFA endpoint protection).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Currently enrolled in an IT Computer Science or related degree/diploma program.
Previous IT support experience (internship student job or volunteer) is a plus but not required.
