Shipment Management & Tracking
Resolve delays or exceptions proactively.
Customer Coordination
Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding shipment status.
Provide timely updates and handle inquiries.
Documentation Handling
Process inbound and outbound delivery documents.
Update ERP(SAP) shipment statuses.
Maintain accurate records for auditing and reporting.
Generate daily/weekly reports for internal stakeholders.
Qualifications :
Prior experience in logistics and shipping preferred
Microsoft Office (in particular Excel)
SAP experience is an advantage
