Responsable de Laboratoire Eurofins Chemtox

En tant que Responsable de Laboratoire vous aurez pour mission dassurer la gestion opérationnelle scientifique et humaine du laboratoire.

A ce titre vous serez en charge de :

• Superviser et coordonner les activités techniques et analytiques du laboratoire (gestion des plannings prise en compte des demandes clients KPI).
• Garantir la qualité la fiabilité et la conformité des résultats produits selon la norme ISO 17025.
• Encadrer animer et former léquipe de techniciens et services supports du laboratoire.
• Garantir la bonne gestion des équipements achats de consommables et suivi des stocks.
• Participer à lamélioration continue et au développement technique du laboratoire notamment via les nouveaux protocoles ou méthodes analytiques.

Qualifications :

Formation Bac 5 (si possible Toxicologie Chimie biologie...) avec une expérience significative de 5/7 ans en laboratoire et si possible avec du management.
