The Information Technology (IT) Supervisor is responsible for the operational and administrative
management of the IT team ensuring organization operational discipline and compliance with daily
processes and internal policies. This role serves as a direct link between the team the client and
leadership ensuring operational stability employee engagement and adherence to corporate
routines.
Core Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Define and monitor daily and weekly operational objectives ensuring proper resource allocation and coverage.
- People Management: Supervise administrative routines including timekeeping overtime (banking of hours) vacations absences and shift scheduling.
- Service Continuity: Act as a primary focal point for the team to resolve operational issues and ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure all corporate policies and procedures are followed by the team and stakeholders while supporting internal audits and controls.
- Development: Conduct performance reviews and feedback sessions to support career development in alignment with corporate guidelines.
- Communication: Maintain clear and constant alignment with the team regarding expectations and priorities.
Qualifications :
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Engineering or a related IT area.
Experience: Proven experience in the operational leadership of large teams.
- Management Knowledge: Proficiency in managing administrative workforce routines (shift planning labor law compliance and HR partnership).
- Process Knowledge: Advanced understanding of operational governance internal controls and corporate compliance.
- Language: Professional proficiency in English (American).
- Soft Skills: High-level organizational skills strong sense of responsibility and emotional intelligence.
Familiarity with needs discovery methodologies (e.g. Design Thinking Lean Inception).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical Collaboration: Experience assisting in the preparation of internal and external quotes/proposals in collaboration with Service Solutions (SO) or similar technical departments.
- Strategic Alignment: Ability to bridge the gap between high-level corporate goals and daily technical operations.
