Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Novotel Madinah Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization you will lead and inspire our sales team to achieve and exceed targets while fostering strong customer relationships in this unique and culturally significant market.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
  • Lead motivate and mentor a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Create and present sales reports forecasts and performance metrics to senior management
  • Oversee the sales pipeline and manage the sales process from lead generation to closure
  • Ensure compliance with company policies industry regulations and ethical standards
  • Contribute to product development and pricing strategies based on market insights
  • Represent the company at industry events trade shows and networking opportunities

Qualifications :

  • Saudi National with a preferred background in the Holy Cities
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales management roles
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Advanced negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated expertise in sales forecasting and analysis
  • In-depth knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and culture
  • Familiarity with the Holy Cities business environment is highly desirable
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken)
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required
