Role Overview

Supports various settlement tasks of the business unit and pre-validates the integrity of necessary documents and propriety of the expense claim to be managed by the business unit. Also analyzes corporate budget abuse/misuse cases to supplement the related expenditure rules (EO). In addition accurately predicts tax burden precisely calculates/reports/pays various tax acmounts examines the taxation possibility and countermeasures through tax issue analysis to save tax (Tax).Contributes to maximizing companys economic benefit within the domestic/foreign legislation by appropriately preparing/responding to regular/on-time tax investigation (Tax)

What You Will Do

Accounting Operations

Perform daily accounting activities including journal entries account reconciliations and accruals.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounting records and settlements.
Maintain general ledger integrity and support month-end and quarter-end closing processes.
Support intercompany transactions and reconciliations.

Process & System Support

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure proper coding of transactions.
Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Work with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.

Reporting & Analysis

Prepare standard financial reports and schedules for management review.
Support variance analysis and provide explanations for operational results.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities as needed.

Compliance & Controls

Ensure adherence to internal policies and accounting standards in day-to-day operations.
Participate in internal control testing and documentation for operational processes.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- 35 years of experience in accounting operations or general ledger management.
- US SOX Controls experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and month-end close processes.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
