The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF) and the Alaska International Airport System is looking an Airport Leasing Specialist 4 (Assistant Leasing Manager) to help us Keep Alaska Moving!
What You Will Be Doing:
This position serves as second in command for leasing at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport assigns and evaluates the work of subordinate professional leasing staff and is responsible for a broad range of advanced tasks related to the stewardship of airport properties for the Alaska International Airport System (AIAS). Coordinates and actively participates in complex leasing assignments including multi-million-dollar agreements and public offerings issues that deviate from established guidelines and involve conflict/controversy and political considerations. Position recommends policy for implementation of laws/regulations and recommends regulatory changes. Position works closely with tenants seeking to build and develop new and existing infrastructure at one of the largest cargo and seaplane base airports in the world.

The Working Environment You Can Expect:
This position works in the Anchorage International Airports South Terminal offices on the third order to uphold our mission we typically follow a standard 8-4:30 Monday through Friday schedule. You will work closely with a diverse array of people in our airport sections the Federal Aviation Administration tenants airlines contractors and the general public.
