Job Description:

L3 Harris Technologies is seeking a Program Financial Analyst to join the Release Systems Division. This position will be responsible for managing key programs including forecasting and analysis of OSPI (Orders Sales Profit Investment)

Essential Functions:

Responsible for managing preparing administering and directing the control of budgets for large and/or complex programs. Generate budgets forecast funding profiles to ensure adequate funding available and within negotiated positions.
Monitor and control cost for both internal and external customers.
Perform Estimate at Completions (EACs) assess profit impacts and provide variance explanations
Responsible for P&L forecasting of Orders Sales Profit and Investments including identifying Risks & Opportunities (R&O) as well as preparing various ad hoc financial analyses and presenting as required to Sr. Management.
Interface with various levels of management Program Office and functional departments to support programs.
Ability to Obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related lieu of a degree minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

Experience with DOD / Government Contracts
Knowledge of Excel
