We are looking for an experienced Service Engineer to join our team supporting a high-profile customer site at Citi Group Tower. This is a critical customer-facing role ensuring the safe reliable and efficient operation of lift and escalator equipment within a demanding commercial environment.
You will work a rotating 4 on / 4 off shift pattern covering both days and nights delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships with the client.

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on lifts and associated equipment
Respond promptly to breakdowns and call-outs ensuring minimal downtime
Diagnose faults efficiently and carry out repairs safely and effectively
Ensure all work is completed in line with KONE safety processes and site procedures
Maintain accurate service documentation using digital tools
Build strong working relationships with the customer and on-site stakeholders
Support continuous improvement and high performance standards on site
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Lift Engineering
Proven experience working as a Service or Maintenance Engineer
Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently on a critical high-profile site
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
Strong safety mindset and attention to detail
Flexibility to work rotating day and night shifts
