Pay: $20$22 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
- Lead a preschool classroom in a safe engaging and developmentally appropriate environment
- Implement The Learning Experiences play-based curriculum to support social emotional and academic growth
- Encourage positive behavior independence and curiosity
- Communicate daily with families about classroom activities and child progress
- Maintain a clean organized classroom and follow all health and safety standards
- Work closely with your teaching team and leadership to ensure classroom success
- Ensure full compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements
- Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher Certification required
- Experience working in a preschool daycare or childcare center preferred
- High school diploma or GED required; ECE degree or coursework a plus
- Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
- CPR/First Aid preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable nurturing and team-oriented
- $20$22 per hour (based on experience & credentials)
