The opportunity
Were looking for a Senior Manager with expertise in SAP Supply Chain to join the leadership group of our EY-GDS SAP Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth of the service offering.
Skills and Attributes for success
Should possess strong articulation skills to run Phase 0/Discovery workshops and the ability to lead client workshops for assessment.
Should possess excellent process knowledge as well technology knowledge (S4 HANA and related) and should be able to do a proper convergence of business process into technology solution.
Should have experience in doing roadmap with probable benefits understanding of how to map best practices with client BPML etc.
Should be able to construct an overall assessment work starting from inception to closure.
Should have solutioning ability of business problems with technology or independent of technology.
Solutioning should have experience developing solutions
Should possess strong articulation skills to run Phase 0/Discovery workshops.

To qualify for the role you must have
Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of supply chain processes and best practices within the specific industry (e.g. manufacturing retail logistics).
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements ensuring adherence during system implementations and operations.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement.
Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams manage stakeholders and drive change within the organization.
Project Management Skills: Proven experience in managing large-scale SAP implementation projects including planning execution and monitoring preferably with certifications like PMP (Project Management Professional).
SAP Expertise: Extensive knowledge and experience with SAP modules related to supply chain management such as SAP MM (Materials Management) SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) SAP PP (Production Planning) and SAP SCM (Supply Chain Management).
