We are hiring for our client a top-tier law firm to recruit a Finance Lawyer General Finance to join a market-leading finance practice in Ireland. This Finance Lawyer General Finance role offers the opportunity to work on some of the most complex high-value finance transactions in the market advising a broad client base that includes domestic and international financial institutions alternative lenders investment funds and corporate borrowers.

Advise on corporate lending including sustainability-linked facilities
Work on leveraged and acquisition finance transactions
Act on real estate and development finance matters

Advise financial institutions and alternative lenders on lending products

Qualified solicitor with 13 years relevant finance experience
Strong academic background and attention to detail
Commercially astute with excellent communication skills
