We are looking for aScientistwho is passionate about immunecell biology Tcell engagers and advancing nextgeneration immunotherapies to join ourImmune Resetteam based inSlough UK.

About the Role

In this role you will play a key part in progressing novel therapeutic molecules by designing developing and executing functional Tcell engager assays using primary human immune cells. You will drive mechanistic studies contribute expertise in molecular and structural biology and collaborate across departments to inform molecular engineering strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the interface of immunology protein engineering and translational science.

Who Youll Work With

You will collaborate closely with immunologists structural biologists protein engineers and crossfunctional project teams. You will also present findings in internal scientific forums and contribute to highquality scientific documentation. You will help guide the structuralbiology understanding of antibodyantigen interactions and partner with colleagues across discovery and translational functions.

What Youll Do

  • Design and execute functional Tcell engager assays evaluating potency specificity and mechanism.
  • Perform mechanistic studies investigating immune synapse formation and Tcell activation pathways.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally to support structuralbiology interpretation and optimization strategies.
  • Analyse complex immunological datasets and deliver actionable insights to project stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot technical assay challenges to drive consistency and highquality experimental outcomes.
  • Present scientific results clearly during internal and crossfunctional scientific review meetings.
  • Contribute to scientific reports publications and documentation supporting program advancement efforts.
  • Isolate and characterize primary immune cell subsets using FACS or MACSbased approaches.
  • Ensure compliance with Human Tissue Act (HTA) requirements and maintain accurate scientific records.
  • Uphold health safety and SOPdriven standards across all laboratory and documentation activities.

Interested For this role were looking for:

  • Demonstrated expertise in evaluating Tcell engagers using functional and phenotyping immune assays.
  • Handson experience working with primary immune cells including isolation via FACS or MACS.
  • Strong background in multiparameter flow cytometry immune profiling and panel design.
  • Understanding of antibody engineering structurefunction principles and relevant biophysical concepts.
  • Proficiency with analysis tools such as FlowJo GraphPad Prism Excel and R.
  • Excellent communication teamwork and documentation practices with a strong compliance record under HTA guidelines.
