We are seeking aProcurement Student for our Solar District that is available for4 - 16 months starting May 2026.

As a Procurement Student and depending on your assigned project you will have the opportunity to contribute to our team by:

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with coordinating and managing the project design and procurement process which includes taking detailed meeting minutes and following up on open items.
  • Assisting with review of RFP documentation drawings/diagrams and specifications for key project requirements.
  • Facilitating communication and collaboration between all project stakeholders by utilizing PM4 to send RFIs and submittals.
  • Assist projects with material take-offs quantity optimization and pricing compilation and recaps. Streamlining project processes by developing procurement operating practices and converting excel tools into standard Solar templates.
  • Supporting project success by developing and maintaining PM4 procurement dashboards for projects. Draft purchase orders and coordinate with estimators and schedulers to ensure compliance with project budgets and expected delivery dates.
  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Developing and maintaining strong customer focused relationships with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Candidates must have a strong desire to work in a solar preconstruction function
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Proficient in various computer software programs including AutoCad word processing and spreadsheet applications (Excel)
  • Familiarity with PM4 and Power BI is a plus.

The estimated salary range for this role is $21.37- $31.34 based on your experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer.
