As a founding clinician you will deliver high-quality primary care through an innovative asynchronous platform. You will partner with advanced AI systems to triage symptoms manage chronic conditions and refine clinical protocols. What you will do:

Manage a wide range of primary care conditions and preventive services entirely through asynchronous chat-based workflows.
Review and validate AI-generated clinical notes diagnosis suggestions and care plans to ensure safety and accuracy.
Identify and escalate complex cases to synchronous care or emergency services using standardized triage and red-flag protocols.

The ideal candidate:

NP or PA with over 5 years of experience in primary care urgent care or emergency medicine.
Tech-forward clinician who is comfortable making autonomous decisions and excited about integrating AI into practice.
Excellent communicator with strong documentation habits and a desire to thrive in an early-stage startup environment.
