As part of our ongoing development we are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our HID Global Finance team. Reporting to the Finance Director for our Secure Issuance (SI) Global Business Area the successful candidate will assist in our management reporting & forecasting processes. As our Financial Analyst youll support HIDs success by:

• Managing monthly quarterly and annual management reporting and planning
• Building reports that enable the business to understand revenue and cost drivers especially within OneStream Workday Adaptive and Power BI
• Automating reporting to improve information flow across the business
• Assisting with the integration of new acquisitions
• Supporting the Business Units and Business Areas leadership teams
• Acting as the primary point of contact between business operations and HID Finance
• Coordinating cross-functionally to ensure business needs and expectations are planned
• Continuously building knowledge of financial reporting best practices
• Carrying out other ad hoc analysis and projects as needed

Your Experience and Background include:

• A bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration Accounting or related field with a minimum of 1-2 years of related work experience
• Ability to work on-site at our Eden Prairie location 3 days per week
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Excel PowerPoint)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player who thrives in working both cross functionally and globally
• Naturally curious and inquisitive
• Energetic and analytical with a positive attitude to problem solving
• A related advanced degree (e.g. MFin MBA MAcc) or certification (e.g. CPA CFA CMA or FMVA) with 2-3 years of progressive work experience in corporate FP&A or accounting is preferred
• Experience supporting budgeting forecasting and M&A processes is preferred
• Experience with ERP CPM EPM and BI reporting tools especially OneStream Workday Adaptive and Power BI is preferred

The wage range for this role considers a broad scope of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets experience and training licensure and certifications and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range does not account for geographic differentials based on the location where the position may be filled. At HID it is uncommon for individuals to be hired at or near the top of the range. Final compensation decisions depend on the specific facts and circumstances of each case.

The base salary in the United States is $80000 - $86000.
