Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor Nottingham 55k

Hybrid

My client is seeking a Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their expanding team in central Nottingham.

Youll manage a varied caseload of residential property matters including sales purchases remortgages transfers of equity and complex title work. Alongside your own files youll also manage and support the junior members of the team ensuring highquality work and contributingto their ongoing development. This role is integral to the firms plans to expand the department giving you the opportunity to help shape its future growth.

Youll need strong technical expertise in residential conveyancing with the confidence to manage a busy and varied caseload independently. Success in this role also relies on your ability to support junior team members build trusted client relationships and contribute to the departments ongoing growth.
