The Opportunity
The purpose of this role is to provide data analysis for distribution team and ensuring compliance with data policies and standards supporting business and IT solutions and meeting reporting requirements. This role involves maintaining databases conducting data analysis to identify trends and business opportunities and collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and perform user acceptance testing. Additionally the role includes providing efficient data processing and administrative support to underwriting teams contributing to the scientific integrity of work products through modelling and data science and engaging with business stakeholders to understand the data ecosystem and business needs.
Your new role
Provide data analysis and insights to support business planning including budget preparation and forecasting.
Continuously improve report quality data accuracy and data integrity.
Compile regular management reports.
Conduct market research prepare customer presentations and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Research analyse data for decision-making and provide financial analysis with recommendations.
Maintain and enhance database tools support system connectivity and lead system development projects.
Contribute to the development of analytical models for fraud detection renewals and underwriting.
Gain exposure to machine learning algorithms and work with analytics partners to put models into production.
Ensure model implementations comply with regulatory requirements and produce clear documentation.
Promote the department company and team profile and contribute to building analytical application designs for innovation.
About you
Fresh Graduate in Data analystics are welcome
Relevant working experience in administrative support or customer service function preferably in General Insurance companies is a plus
