Manager Quality Assurance

  • Ongoing Full-Time
  • Located in Parramatta with flexible working arrangements available.
  • $196293 Package includes salary ($149739 - $173174) employers contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

About the role

The Manager Quality Assurance leads and manages the implementation of Training Services quality assurance and compliance activities in accordance with the NSW Quality Framework to ensure the provision of quality vocational education and training by contracted Registered Training Organisations.

About you

  • Highly experienced manager of compliance and/or quality assurance activities using risk based approaches delivering timely performance monitoring activities and responding to emerging issues and risks; preparing professional responses to enquiries and complaints related to contracted Registered Training Organisations.
  • Demonstrated experience with managing budgets contracts and procurement to ensure contract management and monitoring activities are supported by specialised experts.
  • Effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders including Australian Skills Quality Authority and NSW regulators related to vocational education and training.
  • Adaptable with excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Departments Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Departments Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.

Note: the selection process will include a range of assessment techniques to assist in determining your suitability for the role. Successful candidates will be required to undertake pre-employment screening for this role which includes a National Criminal History Check.

Renewal is not required after the WWCC expires as long as you remain in a nonchild-related role. Employer obligations only apply while the WWCC is valid.
