The opportunity
Join our dynamic Business Performance team as a Senior Manager focused on People Behavior Change where you will have the opportunity to advise on measuring shifting designing and implementing organizational and individual behavioral programs. Your expertise will be crucial in aligning these programs with strategic direction organizational purpose and culture. This role will also include shaping EYs WalkMe strategy supporting its implementation and building internal WalkMe capability.
You will leverage your understanding of behavioral drivers organizational structures and digital experience design to plan and implement targeted behavior change initiatives that deliver sustained adoption and long-term value.
Your key responsibilities
As a Senior Manager in People Behavior Change you will be responsible for the effective management and delivery of complex processes solutions and projects with a keen focus on quality and risk management. You will navigate operational and organizational dynamics manage client relationships and drive revenue generation.
This role offers the challenge of providing leadership across multiple activities leading teams to achieve performance objectives and offering deep insights through analysis and best practices to solve complex problems and drive innovation.
