Job Summary

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
The David R. Ravin School of Architecture (SoA) at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte invites applications for a full-time tenure-track Assistant Professor position in Interior Architecture. The School wishes to expand its commitment to architectural design excellence within the domain of the interior environment. As new technologies and materials transform the built landscape from the methods and techniques used to design to the systems deployed within them the SoA seeks to expand its instructional breadth and design research capacity in the realm of interior architecture at the undergraduate and graduate level. The SoA offers four-degree programs: Bachelor of Arts in Architecture Master of Architecture Master of Science in Architecture and Master of Urban Design as well as a range of dual degree programs that engage a variety of academic departments across the university. These programs attract students from a wide range of backgrounds. The SoA is committed to a culturally and intellectually diverse environment that supports a broad range of opportunities for scholarly work.
