Legal and Compliance Manager Start up Company Metro Manila Philippines
We are looking for a Legal and Compliance Manager for a start up company. The successful candidate will be responsible in ensuring that the organization adheres to laws regulations and compliances by managing legal documentation and contracts management conducting risk assessments developing policies acting as a strategic advisor for other departments and leading the legal team.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Law (Juris Doctor)
Five (5) years working experience in the same capacity or role in the legal department
Updated Mandatory Continuing Legal Education
Experience in government compliances contracts management and risk management
Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to work on site (Makati)
