Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer and client inquiries.
Handle phone calls emails and chat interactions to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Provide daily support and advise clients on best practices for their business.
Respond professionally to inquiries regarding new and existing services and solutions as well as customer complaints.
Resolve issues promptly and efficiently as they arise.
Deliver excellence in every interaction with the aim of increasing product usage and customer loyalty.
Commit to achieving both individual objectives and team targets.
Requirements:
Fluency in Dutch.
Very good command of English both written and spoken.
Previous experience in a customer support role is an advantage.
Interest in digital banking and payment solutions is desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a problem-solving mindset.
High level of technical aptitude and learning agility.
Strong sense of ownership and a collaborative team spirit.
Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
