Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer and client inquiries.

  • Handle phone calls emails and chat interactions to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Provide daily support and advise clients on best practices for their business.

  • Respond professionally to inquiries regarding new and existing services and solutions as well as customer complaints.

  • Resolve issues promptly and efficiently as they arise.

  • Deliver excellence in every interaction with the aim of increasing product usage and customer loyalty.

  • Commit to achieving both individual objectives and team targets.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Dutch.

  • Very good command of English both written and spoken.

  • Previous experience in a customer support role is an advantage.

  • Interest in digital banking and payment solutions is desirable.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a problem-solving mindset.

  • High level of technical aptitude and learning agility.

  • Strong sense of ownership and a collaborative team spirit.

  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
