Job Summary
As Cainiao France is developing its team we are looking for purchasing development manager. As a new comer in an early stage in the project you will have the opportunity to have an active part into building strong basis and contribute to the success of Cainiao in France. You will be based in Paris and will report to the business development team leader.
Your main missions would be to :
1. Partner management and development
- Look for delivery partner to expand our network in France
- Manage delivery partners to take our delivery experience to the next level
2. Negotiate commercial offer and contract with potential partners:
- Negotiate commercial term of our partnership (service level service fee compensation)
- Contract signature and registration in our supplier system
Basic Qualifications
- Successful experience in a business development sphere and if possible in e-commerce or logistics industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is the norm.
- Advanced negotiation communication and sale skills
- Good verbal communication skills in English and French.

- High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
- Committed to learning and expanding your knowledge in unknown field.
- Willingness to adapt to a fast-changing environment and do whatever is necessary to coope with our growth.

- Start-up attitude to help identify and solve quickly emerging opportunities
- Desire to exceed company and customer expectations.
- Ability to speak Chinese or any others languages is a plus.
