Aufgaben

• Perform business analysis on product requirements and technical workflows
• Collaborate on projects of a technical nature supporting implementation and ensuring alignment with product goals
• Gather document and refine business requirements in cooperation with stakeholders
• Analyze data and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains
• Ensure smooth communication between business stakeholders product management and IT teams
• Support product roadmap execution and help coordinate cross-functional initiatives

Qualifikation

• Bachelors or masters in economics Mathematics Computer Science or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in business analysis test management or related roles for financial institutions
• Strong quantitative background to understand assess and manage technical project content
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities in interdisciplinary teams
• Interest in financial markets crypto assets and technological innovation
• Very good command of English German is a plus
