The Role
The Recruitment Specialist will focus on sourcing screening and selecting qualified candidates to fill job openings for the organization. This role requires experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes while collaborating with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop strategies to attract top talent. The Recruitment Specialist will also be expected to contribute to enhancing employer branding and ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards social media networking and referrals.
  • Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications skills and cultural fit.
  • Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Work closely with department heads to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate terms of engagement within the organizations guidelines.
  • Manage the pre-employment and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent such as developing job advertisements and utilizing social media and online platforms.
  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities trends and outcomes for management review.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in handling end-to-end recruitment with at least 1 year in volume hiring.
  • At least 2 years of experience in handling technical recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn job boards applicant tracking systems)
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Strong attention to detail

Work Set-up and Requirements

  • Schedule: Schedule: May require flexible hours but with focus on mid-shift (start of shift at 12NN or 1PM)
  • Schedule: Shifting schedule including morning mid and night shifts. We require candidates who can demonstrate flexibility and adapt to schedule changes as needed for urgent situations or business requirements.
  • Workdays: Five-day workweek with two rest days.
  • Location: Fully remote with once-a-month in-person gatherings
  • Fully comfortable with time monitoring software
  • Desktop/laptop with Intel i5 (10th gen) 8GB RAM or higher
  • Minimum 25 Mbps internet speed with backup connection
  • Backup power supply for at least 8 hours
