Job Summary
Requirements
- Bachelors degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Experience in partnerships business development recruiting or employer engagement
- Comfortable leading conversations with decision-makers and hiring stakeholders
- Strong organization follow-through and pipeline discipline
- Experience in workforce development staffing or talent solutions preferred

Required Skills:
3 years experience in program coordination operations or project management Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple programs and competing priorities simultaneously Clear written and verbal communication skills Comfort working with trackers templates and SOP-driven workflows Experience in education workforce development training or nonprofit environments preferred
Required Education:
Bachelors degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience considered.
