The Part-Time Partnerships Lead is responsible for building managing and advancing employer and ecosystem partnerships that result in real hiring opportunities pilots and workforce collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage prospective employer and ecosystem partners aligned to NPursuit program
- Lead structured discovery conversations to understand hiring needs role requirements and workforce gaps
- Advance partnerships toward pilots hiring commitments site visits or collaboration agreements
- Maintain a clean up-to-date partnership pipeline with clear stages and next steps
- Provide regular updates on pipeline progress risks and opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelors degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Experience in partnerships business development recruiting or employer engagement
- Comfortable leading conversations with decision-makers and hiring stakeholders
- Strong organization follow-through and pipeline discipline
- Experience in workforce development staffing or talent solutions preferred

Required Education:
Bachelors degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience considered.
