Job Summary
Part-Time Long Term Care Transport Driver Birkwood Village/Montrose Health Center (Ft. Madison & Montrose)

Birkwood Village-Ft. Madison/Montrose Health Center is currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Part-Time Transport Driver to support our residents at both the Ft. Madison and Montrose locations. This role offers 1020 hours per week with flexible scheduling based on demand.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments and other essential visits
- Ensure a comfortable respectful and dignified ride experience for all residents
- Embrace and uphold the mission and values of Birkwood Village/Montrose Health Center each day
Requirements
- Ability to lift and/or push 50 lbs or more
- Valid Chauffeurs License
- Clean driving record and ability to pass background screening
- Availability primarily between 8:00 AM 4:30 PM with potential for additional call-in hours (bonus pay available for after-hours transport)
