Job Summary

Maintain sufficient stock of raw materials and prevent shortages.
Receive materials delivered and provide a copy of the shipment to the purchasing department.
Document incoming and outgoing materials using the Odoo software.
Arrange raw materials correctly within the warehouses and label them for easy and convenient retrieval.
Ensure safe storage conditions and the availability of fire safety equipment.
Ensure adequate ventilation for goods that require it.
Label warehouses and their contents.
Create a database of inventory and the location of goods in each warehouse.
Ensure the use of the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) system.
Receive and arrange goods properly to prevent damage or breakage.
Manage and organize warehouse staff schedules and provide training.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and ensure easy access to goods.
Create warehouse layouts and inventory management plans.
Ensure the availability of safety equipment/fire extinguishers.
Optimize the use of available warehouse space.
Conduct annual inventory in cooperation with relevant departments.
Monitor inventory levels and identify reorder points.
Supervise the receipt and issuance of materials and update records.
Receive materials from suppliers according to approved purchase orders.
Conduct technical and quality inspections before storage.
Issue materials based on approved requests.
Coordinate with logistics to deliver materials to excavation sites.
Conduct periodic inventory counts (weekly, monthly, and annual) and reconcile records.
Prepare discrepancies and risk reports.
Monitor inventory balances at each disbursement and request the item when it reaches the minimum level sufficient for at least 5 months.
