DescriptionPrimary Duties & Responsibilities
To lead and responsible for training certification and cross training across the shift / area. To obtain knowledge and skill that will assist in delivering and enhancing the skill of and conform to good working conduct & to work as per positive attitude & absenteeism and punctual. Able to provide feedback for continuous improvement. Ability to temporarily change assigned shift as business needs may for individual and team development. Assisting team members in solving problems and improving performance. Representing the Team in general. Provide inputs to Training Personal regarding individual team performance. Develop team to solve own day-to-day issues. Conducts formal training programs (e:g process flow training 5S & Lean ). Maintain and Update respective On Job Training Manual & train and certified new / cross train operator in accordance with process specifications. To perform recertification across all area as require. Instruct DLs to operate machine / equipment in a safe and efficient manner. To train and brief on all type of process changes (ECO). To maintain accurate training records in accordance with Training Procedure / monitor and auditing on process monitor operator conduct spec and quality review with guide and motivate new learner on new update supervisor on operator closely with engineer on new product/ process.
Education & Experience
- A bachelors degree in HR Management or Administration or its equivalents with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong Knowledge required related to the processes / area
Skills
- Good Communication skill.
- Ability to learn and maintain operating skills across the required area.
- Ability to set and maintain priorities with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer skills working with Ms Word and Excel.
- Ability to work and communicate with Line Leader Production Supervisor Technician and Engineer.
- Ability to motivate team members to achieve plan / goals.
- Ability to demonstrate team building leadership and mentoring skills.
