Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and tech-oriented Web Designer to join our team at Boussias working on the digital ecosystem of Boussias Events Awards.
The role focuses primarily on web design and digital production involving the management and evolution of Awards websites digital assets and platform integrations (training will be provided where needed). You will work within the New Media Τeam contributing to the design implementation and continuous improvement of high-visibility digital projects.
This position covers a Paternity Leave with a strong possibility of conversion to a full-time role depending on performance and business needs.
As part of the role you will also support and gradually expand the use of automation and AI-powered workflows helping improve efficiency in content handling data transformation and digital production (e.g. transforming structured exports into WordPress-ready content for case studies).
Requirements
To succeed in this role you should feel comfortable working across both creative and technical domains. We are looking for someone who enjoys building and maintaining digital products understands how design meets functionality and is curious about how automation and AI can improve everyday workflows. You dont need to know everything from day one but you should be eager to learn experiment and take ownership.
- Experience in Web Design and Web Implementation
- Strong knowledge of WordPress
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and attention to detail
- Familiarity with automation workflows or scripting
- Practical experience or strong interest in AI tools and their application in digital workflows
- Ability to translate business requirements into digital solutions
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and platforms
